Solar Power

Solar Power comes from solar energy, by way of Photovoltaic’s, and helps power an endless number of items. By using Solar Power, you are not only going to save money in the long run, but you help protect the earth from any more damage that could potentially be brought on by other power sources. In some cases you can even sell back your extra power to the Power Company.

Solar Power works by use lenses or mirrors and tracking systems to focus a large area of sunlight into a small beam. The concentrated light is then used as a heat source to transfer into energy. Thus you have Solar Power.

Development of a Solar Powered car has been an engineering goal since the 1980s. And now most of these goals are starting to round into shape. Don’t be surprised in 10 years when there are Solar Powered cars on the highways.
